Therapeutic Assessment Course

Therapeutic Assessment is the foundation of Structural Elements.   In this course students will watch downloaded video and follow the course workbook as they are introduced to the philosophy and methodology of (se).  This course is designed to give students the fundamental skills to locate focal adhesions in the connective tissue along intramuscular septa.  These focal adhesions interrupt movement patterns, reduce muscular efficiency and can prevent the body from holding the change that other treatment modalities aim to achieve.  In this course students will be introduced to the following:

  • The Clinical Approach of Structural Elements
  • Gait analysis
  • Standing Postural Assessment
  • Hands-on Methodology of Addressing “Big Picture Posture”
  • Hands-on Methodology of Locating Systemic Focal Adhesions
  • Systematic Differentiation of Five-Element Pattern
