I have been getting massages for years, seen chiropractors and physical therapists for my back pain and have never felt better than I do after a treatment from Jason! He has such a unique way of working on the body as a whole. He assesses you from head to toe and finds exactly where tension/pain is coming from and treats it with a variety of methods all within one session, leaving you feeling amazing. I felt a significant difference after just my first treatment and now I’m addicted!

I cannot recommend Jason at Structural Elements in Urbana enough. The hands-on, full body treatment approach that he uses for my hour long appointments is unlike any physical therapy you will receive anywhere else. The combination of dry needling, massage and manual manipulation that he preforms at each visit is the greatest investment in your health that you can make. Even without taking insurance, it ends up costing less than traditional physical therapy would because I don’t have to go as often and have gotten much faster results. I’ve even gone in for treatment when I’m suffering from a migraine or vertigo and he’s eliminated those symptoms as well

Structural Elements® and Dr. Joni Chapman are amazing! I have been in chronic pain for decades and the work that she does is helping! I’m back to working out 4-6 days a week…for the first time in 2 years! And, they do so much to help in multiple ways. Orthotics, health wellness, and more!

Great experience at Structural Elements® Being a pediatric dentist, my body gets bent out of shape in a lot of different ways. Jason has a unique individualized approach to treatment, using a combination of different treatment options to address my area of concern AND the overall body. I love the exercise recommendations/education at the end of the visit. Highly recommend!

I have been dealing with hip pain for over a year. After not having any real “diagnosis” and spending a ton of time and money working with other professionals with little to no relief, I was thankful to find Jason. After just two treatments my relief was almost 100%, and by the third treatment I had no pain at all. I am a professional horse trainer so it is imperative that my body be functional for my day to day job. Jason is my savior!! Highly recommend him!!!
